*Apparently, today @ 5pm, it seems like my last day living on the earth. Waiting for justice and Lord Jesus to come and save me. It was actually my probationary review with a 'devil' which is my boss of course, who else?!
First and foremost, she started by showing me the review paper...with a tick on every category on my work performance. My eyes went down and down and down and ...STOP!There was a category which stated 'need improvement', the last choice of 3 choices (good, satisfied or need improvement). Guess what category is that? YES!the most important category, 'Quality of Work'. And...I pointed on the category and started to ask, 'can you please explain to me why my quality of work needs improvement?'. And the answer was...tadang!!!' Oh...it's because of some of your grammar mistake in your documentation, that's the only part that need improvement. I was like 'what the heck?You presented ALL my presentation slides and documentation to CMO, with almost 99.99999999% original work of mine and you said I need improvement?'. And because of that mini tiny mistake my overall performance of work 'need improvement'???I think the bitch trying to act smart but looks like a dumb ass to me.I asked her 'if just a tiny mistake, it should be good performance and with a comment indicate at the side 'to improve on grammar'. I think this might be her first time doing a probationary review for her staff?I am not saying that I am a great employee, but my quality of work was never been doubt.
And most sensitive thing!talking about my nationality!!When I enquired about salary increment after probation, she can just shoot out very quickly 'I think I cannot help on this'. If she as my SM cannot help, then I need a SM for what?Useless bitch!She continued, 'you know, local companies here preferred to hire foreigners because the salary is lower'. What the heck? A SM telling her employee without going through her brain, I think she is using her asshole to think and speak.The kiasu me quickly asked her, 'so do you mean after I get my PR I'll be on par with Sporean and get higher salary?' Suddenly there was an awkward silence and her face turn blue,purple or whatsoever colour. I just knew that is not a normal face colour lah! Haha!!I am so proud of myself, told her off right on her face!Nah!See who is cili padi in the company. Trying to be funny with me? I can be more funny...
When asking her about her career plan for me, telling me all sort of bullshit...WooooOOo...I think she was the one going under probationary review and not me. Kena questioned until face turned green, shit turned pink!Kakakaka!!!!She also cannot give me any answer. I think I have to become her superior to guide her lah!ohohoooo....
Anyway...she stepped on a wrong person's tail...My nickname is little princess, and I think I am, but when people trying to be funny with me, I'll become little witch to traumatize the bitch!
The devil trying to make my life miserable today. Yes, I admit that I was full of anger, but a little while only lah. Too bad the devil has failed the mission..So sorry!!Because I have god with me, giving me faith and giving me the best!Let's see what is the next plan that the devil is looking into to bring my life down again? Dear devil, please please try your very very hard!Cause it's gonna be very tough!I made it because my boss felt threaten on my capability that I will supersede her one day!*
