*8.15am: I reached my new office MobileOne Ltd at International Business Park, Singapore.
8.20am: Got my visitor pass from receptionist because my staff ID tag is not ready.
8.30am: Guess what??! The receptionist asks me to wait before HR people comes and get me because need to wait for another 2 newbies to arrive!
9.00am: What is this lar...the 2 newbies arrived but from Engineering department, not my department.
9.30am: Well...finally the HR guy is here! Did some introduction of the company, giving welcome gift and tour around the company.Hmm...almost similar like DiGi just that I will work on a desktop and have my own cubicle...no more free sitting...
11.00am: HR handled me over to my department secretary and took me to my seat. My boss gave me a very brief introduction and what am I supposed to do? He also like...okay...the other boss will brief me. I was like 'huh'?
12.00pm: Yehaaa...my lady GM took the team for lunch at these Thai Food restaurant, don't ask me where, I am new also so I don't know where it is.
2:00pm: Back to office and have a chat with my boss but he could not explain much because just took over the prepaid portfolio, need to wait for another boss to come to work tomorrow because he's on MC.
4.00pm: Already quite familiar with all the product and services offered. Tadang....!boss sent me and email to do a slides on latest products comparison between our company and the competitors.
7:00pm: Wabiang (new word that I learnt here), I thought newbie gets to go home early but I was wrong. 7.00pm only can leave office and it is my 1st day...*sob sob*...and my other team members still working very hard in the office as we have new things to launch next week...
8.30pm: When I reached home already half dead...like a dead small fish...kaka...it still felt like a dream to me as in a sudden I just change company, new colleagues, new place, new environment...*
